Account details you give us when you register: your name, your email address, and the credentials you create.

 

Creator profile information you choose to add: your social media handles, your niche, and any portfolio or media kit you upload.

 

Audience and performance information about creator accounts. This includes follower counts, post history, views, top countries, top age ranges, gender split, engagement rate, and average views, likes and comments. We obtain this in two ways: from publicly available information on social platforms, collected for us by our data provider Apify, and from screenshots or figures a creator sends us directly. We do not connect to your social media account and we cannot see anything private in it.

 

Brand and campaign information: the briefs, campaign details and messages you create on the platform.

 

Basic usage data: how the platform is used, so that we can find faults and improve it.

 

We use it to run the platform – to create and maintain your account, to match creators with brand campaigns, to let brands and creators communicate through the platform, and to fix problems when they occur.

 

 

We do not sell your personal information.

 

We do not rent your personal information.

 

We do not handle creator payments. Brands pay creators directly. TAIPPA never receives, holds or routes creator compensation.

 

 

The other party to a campaign. A brand you apply to can see the profile information you have published on the platform.

 

Service providers who help us operate the platform, and only to the extent they need it to do that work. Today these are: our hosting and database provider; Resend, for sending email; Twilio, for WhatsApp messages; Apify, for collecting publicly available social media information; and our website analytics provider.

 

Authorities, where the law requires it.

 

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including audience information we have collected about your public profile. Write to info@taippa.com and we will act on it.
